The author, John Lucht, was a retained executive search consultant, and a high-powered one. The book is informative, funny, and fun-to-read. There is no easy and simple way to find a new job, and there is no single technique that is effective enough for you to use exclusively. Instead, you should use a multi-faceted approach.
