Alan Darling has an extensive management background in marketing and sales management, operations, product development and general management. He founded this firm in 1996, and has completed assignments for CEO’s and Presidents, as well as C-level and executive-level search assignments in general management, sales and marketing, finance, operations, human resources, engineering, administration and most other functional areas for organizations in many industries. A graduate of Princeton University, he has written articles about recruiting, business management and strategy for Inc., Fortune Small Business, Dun & Bradstreet, the MIT Enterprise Forum, Workforce Management and Kiplinger’s, and has been quoted in the Harvard Business Review.
While at Princeton and in the two years following his graduation, he wrote for 25 national magazines reaching tens of millions of readers.
